So, we built diyimaging.ca based on the three Nidi edits, Lunapic, fotoflexer, and Pixlr…
The new site at diyimaging.ca has three choices, Lp, Ff, and P…So named for their predecessors…
The new filters are meant to do the same thing…
But the colours are slightly different…
So we are going to have to learn the differences, but also ascertain that we are getting some reliable diagnostics…
Unfortunately, we recently discovered that the Fotoflexer photo editor is no longer available…Which means that we do not have that option anymore…So The Ff Filter on the new diyimaging.ca site is something we need to get the hang of quickly…
Over Christmas, I discovered that a cherry colour is Sugar, and a red colour is Nitrogen…It is possible that these two markers are now apparent in the Lp Filter on the new site…
The purple colour in the Lp filter in the new site, is close in colour to the Lunapic result, but does not appear in the same pattern…I think this might be because the new filters are seeing deeper under the skin…
CYINT technology, who built the new diyimaging.ca site, uses powerful equipment, probably ,more powerful than the consumer equipment that I used to build Nidi…
Even comparing my Lunapic edit to someone’s Lunapic edit on an LG phone, we found the LG version to be more accurate and less fuzzy…A surprise to me because I had previously thought that my Apple equipment was the best, vis a vis graphic capabilities…
