Some Doctors have been prescribing LDN low dose naltrexone combined with alpha lipoic acid, to people with cancer…

I was asked my opinion on this practice…

(Background:Low dose naltrexone was designed to help people with opiate addiction…)

“Personally, I believe in alpha lipoic acid…By itself…The people who I imaged who started low dose naltrexone as well got worse in imaging…I was open to it, but when I saw the results I really did not like it…It depends on where you are in the journey…if you are clear & have already done many things, then maybe you need an immune system booster…I am not a fan of drugs, so I only use them if necessary…That said there are other similar things that boost the immune system that aren’t a drug…Branch Chain Amino acids BCAAs are available in powder drink form, & are very similar to the concept of low dose naltrexone, but are not drugs…Essentially they hydrate like crazy…When I overdo cleansing type things, I use BCAA powder…(BCAA Mutant 9.7 it is called)…”

Sari Grove “It should be noted that when drug patents expire, the only way to renew a proprietary patent is to find a new use for the drug…That gives you another 7 years of profit…I have noticed many old drugs being touted for new purpose, right around the expiry date of patents…Around the same time, new studies appear supporting the new use…” (this is what I suspect in LDN being repurposed)!
