Why my gender is more important than my politics!
Though I would probably lean right if I voted in the United States, as a habit, not for any one person, in this case, if I was not Canadian, and forced to vote or choose, in the country just south of us here, I would choose by gender, in this case, female…
Why? because turn of the century, or more recently, turn of the millennium, times, tend to cause backwards obsolete ideas to re-emerge, because massive changes cause fear, and fear makes people crouch backwards in thoughts, time…Women’s rights have been re-encroached upon in the past 24 years since the millennium change…
Also due to the newfound(to me newfound is about 50 years so bear with me) dominance of the excessive male population China created when it limited all babies to firstborns only-(it seems statistically firstborn births tend to be male, and after several births, females are produced)…
I gather the Chinese preferred ‘flat pancake’ lol,
woman-splanation:(flat pancake refers to the fact that the first pancake is often flat as the griddle temperature may still be uneven and butter may not be well melted, pan may not be ready for pancake batter psychologically lol, and pancake maker needs to feel out batter type better,-after several pancake tries you get better fluffier pancakes, hence the later pancakes are often born better), end of woman-planation…
…to the more seasoned experienced gifts later born babies/pancakes, offer lol again…(just gently teasing and joking here, with a reverse take on things, no need to get in a gender politick huff about it, lol-apologies if your panties are in a bunch now, though)…
The further dominance of the world of higher population countries with lots of population growth internally, hot weather Middle Eastern countries come to mind-where misogyny and chauvinism and overt controlling male dominance laws like forced wearing of a head scarf on women, forced not allowed to drive a motor vehicle on women, and forced to baby make rather than working in industry on women, translate into nomadic peoples coming into North America and the rest of the world bringing their *’kleincarriert’ (*kleincarriert means ‘carrying smallness’ or ‘narrow minded’ in Augsburg Germany where I lived for 6 weeks as a teenager one summer-it refers to a horse wearing blinders at a horse race, so they run without looking at spectators or anything else except their goal to get to the finish line race banner/end of race) views…
Let me rephrase that-male chauvinists from countries where that is the law or culture, can now freely travel by airplane, to democracies where women are allowed to vote and so on, and those men can impose their kleincarriert views or behaviours, inappropriately, to/on women who are naive to old style misogyny(misogyny is not a type of tofu, it means to discriminate against women, I learned the word while attending McGill university, which sits in a French province-the French are known for creating the word chauvinism btw by the way-for a real man Chauvin!)
