“Melatonin’s role as an oncostatic and cytotoxic agent is well established”…

The truth is, is that is not true at all…

Melatonin has NOT been established in any way shape or form…These correlative studies are saying that people who work the night shift get more breast cancer, AND then they are correlating THAT to melatonin…

The fact is that a million different things could be affecting nurses & stewardesses in terms of their heightened risk of breast cancer…Maybe more stewardesses take birth control drugs, engage in promiscuous sexual patterns, are exposed to more environmental toxins…

The studies coming out of Israel are interestingly placed, since the Israelis have come out with a new heavy dose melatonin drug Circadin I think it is called-so there are reasons to link melatonin this way…

Tryptophan is a Phosphorus type drug-Phosphorus is a cancer marker…Increase melatonin, you can increase Tryptophan…

Melatonin is opposite in chemistry to fluorine-for those who don’t know fluorouracil is used for breast, colon, lung & other cancers…

So why would something opposite to fluorine ALSO be anticancer?

I would be very very careful with melatonin…

When I took melatonin, & tracked progress in pictures, & palpation, the lump grew gritty & textured & uneven…A doctor told me that the lump should be smooth & even & regular-which is what it went back to when I quit the melatonin…

I do not doubt that it works as an adjunct therapy with tamoxifen or other harsh drugs- as a protectant…

But if anyone can read science mumbo jumbo, there are no solid clinical trials here yet…The truth is that people in cold , dark countries get cancer more than people in hot bright countries…believe me, I know-I live in Canada…Cold & dark…The fact that we sleep all winter does not protect us from cancer…

Quite the opposite…Be very very careful…
