MYTH:”I am trying to get my copper levels down because of its association with estrogen levels…”

TRUTH:”Heads up…You are confusing Ceruloplasmin, a Copper BINDER, with things like coffee, which are Copper…Coppers are anticancer…Ceruloplasmin, a Copper binder, is NOT…The reason you are confusing the two is because of sloppy language on the internet & in these lousy clinical trials coming out of Andrew Weill university…Written by non-native English speakers, they refer to Ceruloplasmin as Copper in the headlines…It was picked up & copied & pasted & now the mistake is viral…Ceruloplasmin is raised in cancer…Copper is low…Be very careful…Coppers lower estrogen…Coppers include: Coffee, tea, caffeines, Matcha, coriander, chicory, fennel, anise, licorice root, mimosa pudica herb, st johns wort, chromium picolinate, green coffee bean extract, Yerba Mate, stimulant type things, Cilantro oil…Ceruloplasmin includes the phosphorus estrogen family like yogurt, cheeses, cottage cheese, kefir, probiotics, estrogens…If you look closely at studies you may notice they slip back & forth between the words Copper & Ceruloplasmin, which is very very wrong because they are actual OPPOSITES…Even the food group lists, will say things like Liver is high in Copper-they mean Ceruloplasmin…This is kind of like the myth that the sun causes cancer…It is rampant, so people just keep quoting it…Yet radiation is used to cure cancer, vitamin D, vitamin c, so one wonders how that myth still perpetuates…ps. The sun just brings junk to the surface…”

MYTH:”Why does THC boost oestrogen levels in hormone related BC?”

TRUTH:”Ok…So…Titaniums or thc are a Minus element…They subtract from the body…They clean, detoxify…Methylate…Technically, THC is not a Plus element or booster…So it does not directly boost anything…However…People sometimes say that painkillers are hard on your Liver…Painkillers are also usually Titanium family…So why would a Titanium increase Liver enzymes? The way the chart works, the top of the chart is the top of the body…The bottom of the chart is the bottom of the body…If you take a Titanium family element, it should lower cholesterol, Aluminum on the chart…Theoretically, that cholesterol has to excrete, so it should excrete down to the next organ, then the next & the next…Then you pooh or pee it out or otherwise excrete or burn it off in exercise…Now, if that chunk of cholesterol gets stuck in an organ along the way, it might raise enzymes in that body part…Most people with cancer have higher estrogen levels, Phosphorus on the chart…So if they take a Titanium, say THC, & it excretes cholesterol, aluminum, then maybe as it tumbles down the chart, the body, it gets stuck down in the Spleen, where estrogen is already in excess…Not methylating…So then people say that THC caused estrogen levels to rise…It is not really true in the true sense…Not like eating yogurt or cottage cheese or quark or probiotics & estrogen raises directly…You are just seeing junk getting stuck…Which is why Coffee enemas or other Copper family things will help methylate or clean out estrogen…Also THC or Titaniums constipate…That alone can cause a rise in many levels…”
