Infrared Light bulbs…Clip one near your computer…Tumour shrinkage or just all around feel good!

The 250 watt RubyLux infrared bulb in the Petsmart 150 watt fixture that clips…

So a lady in one of my Facebook groups posted that she had been using an infrared bulb near to her breast lump & after 2 weeks it had shrunk a good amount…

So I thought that was a neat idea, & found that infrared bulbs can easily be found at Petsmart in the reptile lizard department…

Took the bus over to Laird & Eglinton in Toronto, where our nearest Petsmart store is, & got a 150 watt infrared bulb for about $19.99, & for another $19.99 got a ceramic 150 watt light fixture with desk clamp…

Came home & clamped it near my computer, & sat there doing my normal computer stuff, topless…

Well, of course I was overzealous on my first day, with the infrared light too close, too long, & soon I discovered a fluid filled boil from overdoing it on my first day…Ooops!

So, the next day, I just moved the light, so now it was just shining on my face…

Well, turns out that was a great idea! I had some swelling around my jaw from the time when they removed my mercury fillings, & wow, that whole area of inflammation really improved from the infrared…

I then noticed that my mood was much better…Just sitting doing my normal computer thing with that infrared bulb on my face really lifted my whole mood…

It is cold in Toronto between November & April, so our moods really change for that cold part of the year…

I got so addicted to the infrared I ordered another bulb, this time a 250 watt infrared bulb from RubyLux (but I got it on ebay.ca)…The RubyLux infrared bulb is 250 watts but can go into any regular light fixture!

I am now sitting in the RubyLux glow right now…Imagining if I could put infrared bulbs just everywhere in my home…Maybe wire one to sit on top of my head all day long…It just feels so nice…

(Biography chatter:from my Author Central page on Amazon-Grove Health Science is a series of 12 books now!) Hi...I'm Sari Grove...Sari sounds like Mary...Grove is the last name I took from my husband, 'cause it is a really nice name, & he was very very good looking, & I married him, & my maiden name, the name I grew up with, was "Slatt", which could be turned into all sorts of unfortunate words, which is why when I was looking for a mate, I sought someone with a cool last name...(I cannot tell you how many totally worthy men I had to ignore due to their last names being unmelodic or otherwise unsuitable...) Grove Canada is a pen name, mostly because when I needed a web address, I could not get Grove.com or even grove.ca, so I just got GroveCanada, due to a serious lack of imagination in that moment...It stuck, so I still use it...I thought this time, if I used Grove Canada as a pen name, that maybe you might look up my blog online, at GroveCanada.ca, & enjoy the freshness of getting information from the horse's mouth, up to the minute, rather than the instant obsoleteness that a book creates...Like a car depreciates as soon as you buy it-a book is old as soon as it is published...For a Virgo perfectionist, this inability to easily update, with a new chapter, with new research, causes me constant worrisome self-abnegating, consternation... I use those dot dot dot things, the etcetera symbol, at the end of my sentences, as a habit-you will always know it is me writing, you will always pause at the end of a sentence to think for a moment, you will remember that poetry is beautiful, & you will take everything I say with a giant grain of Pink Himalayan salt(since the grammatical error will irk you into that state of skepticism)! Love & Hugs, Sari ps. I became a Christian at the age of 21, which may seem like a non sequitur, & though my faith is decent my works may not really do justice to that title-but I thought I'd mention it, since my first name Sari always seems to force an assumption about my background-and though you would be right to assume that it tends to be a Jewish name, you might not be right in assuming that that is what I am going to sound like when I expound on some of my karmic principles or other ethical compasses I have developed...Not that I have done away with my past, it is just I have iced the cake with the new updated version-so if you wrong me, I may just turn the other cheek(New), instead of doing the eye for an eye thing back at you!(old)...

    Dear Sari,

Is there a maximum recommended amount of time for exposure of infrared light to face? I work from home using a computer and I so want to do this too:)

I have a portable Far infrared sauna that I occasionally use. But now I read that they emit a lot of EMFs
Thank you Sari and have a wonderful Thursday:)

    1. Use your judgement…Just move it away if you feel too hot…They seem to be incredibly safe…

Hi, I have spent the last few days trying to find a way to get Rubylux bulbs to get shipped into Canada. There must have been a problem, as no Nir Infrared lights are allowed to ship here. What is so wrong, its a real pain. How did you get around it? Do you know of anyones else having success at it? There seems to be a Sauna industsry but they do not sel the bulbs. They get it in the country somehow. I really want to try this out and do it the right way.

    1. Use eBay.ca That’s how I get mine!

I seen it on Ebay and ordered the ones that said they were slightly damaged. I’m afraid it will get hung up at the border. How are they working out? I have an ankle that needs help and my daughter has constant knee pain. I could get an American Address and gamble getting them back.
        Thanks in advance.

        1. Gee…Not sure I would have ordered a damaged lightbulb! They shouldn’t get stuck at the border, nothing contraband…
For arthritis type pain, eating pork type things will help to rebuild cartilage…Also ( counterintuitive I know) , increasing salt intake ( like pink Himalayan salt), also helps the body to rebuild torn tendons…

I thought for 250 watt bulbs you needed a 250 or higher what lamp to not risk starting a fire?

    1. that’s why you pay Ruby Lux the $25 per bulb for their infrared lightbulb!!!

Goes in Any light fixture( normal, wide enough)…

      It adapts! no explosions!!!
