“Update September 2019: I went over all my notes and rethought my theories- new more accurate ideas on Anorexia Nervosa can be found at my newer blog http://www.nidinidi.ca look for the word anorexia in the search bar or category list…

**Note: Digoxin is also Aurum-& can trigger Anorexia in high dose-this may be the cause of anorexia-Higher than Normal Aurum levels…”

The above thought was an edit I added to my new book “Nidi:nidi” which is Book 12 of the Grove Health Series…

But, it got removed when I revamped the manuscript…Mostly for technical reasons-you cannot really edit a pdf easily-I had written over my own text, but the formatting got rejected by Kindle Direct publishing, so I sent them a clean manuscript…

You can see a version of the whole entire book, if you go back to the front page of this blog & look in the menu for Nidi…Enjoy!

I am still working on the manuscript, though there are versions already on Amazon as Kindle or Paperback-mostly because it takes about a year between putting a book up & people starting to read it-so I put scripts up early…Then I edit them, over the year…

Anyways…

Digoxin is used to BOOST blood pressure…It is in the Aurum family, which includes cobalamin, taurine, B12, other blood pressure boosters…

A VERY interesting effect of Digoxin if you overdo it, is, ANOREXIA!!!

I stumbled on this factoid while investigating the biochemistry of blue scorpion venom…(which also raises blood pressure but in a different way-systolic not diastolic)…(More like coffee or licorice root or exercise right before testing BP…)

Ok, so…If things that RAISE blood pressure can trigger anorexia, then…

What OTHER things raise blood pressure that might be triggering anorexia as well?

Looking at people who are very very skinny, who are suffering from cachexia(a later stage cancer problem where you get too skinny and cannot gain weight back), looking at people who have endured anorexia, what might be a commonality here?

I am wondering if the common cause here is cannabis? But also, painkillers, & other statin type drugs, blood thinners- these are all the same chemical family, the Titanium family, which lowers CHOLESTEROL!!!

But WHY would something that lowers cholesterol cause a RISE in blood pressure?

Let’s look at the Grove Body Part Chart…

GroveBody Part Chart

Ok, so you can see Titanium…It is a Minus element, meaning it is a detox type element…

Titanium family OPPOSES Aluminum family, you can see beside it on the chart…Aluminum family includes cholesterol…

Ok, so…Things that are PLUS elements are feed & repair type things…The Plus elements trickle DOWN the body & also DOWN the chart…

If you methylate cholesterol, or break it down, using Titanium, then the food progresses to the next body part, which is the HEART…

Say you smoke alot of pot while eating a pile of high cholesterol foods(not an uncommon phenomenon among young people)…

The titanum(pot) methylates the aluminum(cholesterol foods)…

Creating a massive dump into the heart…Theoretically this might boost blood pressure like crazy-AURUM…

Now…We know that a huge amount of excess Aurum (digoxin was our example idea), can trigger anorexia…

We have a situation of excess Aurum, cobalamin, B12, excess Blood pressure, or hypertension, & we know that that situation is anorexia dangerous…

Is this the trigger situation to anorexia, cachexia, to people who are skinny & cannot gain weight?

I am going to leave this post there with that thought, until I look further into this…

How many young people smoked alot of pot, ate lots of high cholesterol foods, then found themselves dealing with anorexia?

Possibly MANY more than are documented…

Did you know that smoking pot can induce OCD symptoms?

Is OCD a tip of the anorexia iceberg that physicians should use as a diagnostic differential?(yes, probably)

Is high B12, high cobalamin, high Aurum(my word or nomenclature that I use to map out the Grove body & brain part charts)-is high Aurum another diagnostic differentiator to help define anorexia? Yes…

We can now see AURUM using NIDI, the method I invented to see biomarkers noninvasively…

If we did the NIDI for aurum on people already diagnosed with anorexia, would we see excessively high aurum levels? I think so…Let’s do it!!!

https://www.cnn.com/videos/health/2017/02/02/connie-inglis-anorexia-recovery-orig-vstan.cnn

While looking for sample pics, I found this uplifting story about a young lady who has conquered anorexia, well, maybe conquered is too big a word-she is recovering, let’s say that…See the link above for that story…

What you are seeing in the above picture(s), are two NIDI result pictures, of different women…The top image is a healthy young woman…The bottom image is of a lady who is dealing still with anorexia nervosa…

The NIDI (non invasive diagnostic imaging) is looking for the marker called AURUM, which sees that as a purple colour…What we see right away is that the Aurum levels of the healthy woman are much lower than the aurum levels of the lady with anorexia…

So, our theory is starting to prove possible…But we need more examples, & if I post anymore here, I might get into trouble, copyright-wise…(the above two images were taken from the internet, & cropped by me, then collaged using BeFUNKY an online photo editor with a automatic collage function…)

But I will continue checking…Let’s see if I can get permissions…In the meantime, if you may be suffering from being too skinny, cachexia, anorexia, perhaps try lowering your aurum levels as a trial and error type thing…

You lower aurum with potassiums, like graviola or hawthorne berry which you can eat dried on cereal…Coconut water, & bananas are also high in potassium…Go crazy! Potassium can also be supplemented directly…Potassium bicarbonate can be used instead of regular baking soda…

Check your Aurum levels using the Phixr free online photo editor, & Nidi…

Note:Since Aurum is a diuretic , dehydration will be a massive problem to an anorexic…Rehydrate by taking in high potassium foods…Potassium is an antidiuretic…Lower blood pressure by using non drug solutions if possible…

Hawthorne berries, dried, can be eaten on top of any cereal to boost potassium and lower blood pressure…

It will be counterintuitive to lower blood pressure in an anorexic, so inform yourself…

Things that raise blood pressure will be counterproductive, so do not encourage eating of foods that increase blood pressure…

Foods must be chosen carefully…Foods that traditionally raise blood pressure will hurt an anorexic…

Supply and encourage foods that are healthy…Do not encourage random eating based on the idea that any foods will help…The problem is not skinny…

The problem is Poor eating choices…

The problem will not be solved by high caloric intake of the wrong types of food groups…

Hamburgers, spareribs, junk and fast foods, French fries, eggs, are not the right choices for someone with hypertension induced anorexia…

A macrobiotic diet, might be a good choice for an anorexic…The Milf diet book by Jessica Porter might be a start…

Macrobiotic diets are high in carbs, which bypass the heart…
